⏳ Why you can’t boost again immediately after deleting a post

Understanding boost cooldowns At Lempod, we have clear rules in place to keep things fair for everyone. If you’ve deleted a post after boosting it, you might be wondering why you still can’t boost again right away. 🧠 I deleted the post — why do I still need to wait? Even if you delete a post, the boost you used is still counted. Deleting a post does not reset your boost cooldown. This ensures that the system isn’t misused by repeatedly deleting and reboosting content to get around the rules. Please refer to our Boost Frequency Limit article for full details on how the cooldown works. 🔁 What counts as a boost? A boost is registered the moment it’s activated — whether or not the post stays published. So deleting the post after boosting it doesn’t “undo” the boost. 🚫 Repeated early boosting attempts Trying to boost repeatedly during the cooldown period may result in your account being flagged for abuse. This helps maintain fairness across the entire platform. ✅ What to do instead - Wait for the cooldown to finish before boosting again - Only boost when your post is ready to stay live - Contact support if your post had a legitimate issue that required deletion 💬 Need help? We’re here for you! Message our support team and we’ll review your account’s boost activity to clarify any questions you might have. Thanks for keeping Lempod fair and balanced for everyone!

Understanding Lempod Gold and Lempod Silver

Lempod uses two types of tokens — Lempod Gold and Lempod Silver — to help you manage your balance and engagement actions efficiently. What is Lempod Gold? Lempod Gold is your wallet balance inside Lempod. You can top it up anytime and then convert it into Lempod Silver whenever you’re ready to use features. - Lempod Gold stays safely in your account until you decide to convert it. - You can request refunds for unused Lempod Gold in reasonable cases. - Lempod Gold can’t be spent directly on actions — it must first be converted into Lempod Silver. What is Lempod Silver? Lempod Silver is what’s actually consumed when you take actions — such as boosting a post or using AI features. Every boost displays an estimated Lempod Silver cost before you start it it. - Lempod Silver is deducted only when an action is performed. - If you don’t have enough Lempod Silver, your Lempod Gold will automatically be converted. - Lempod Silver isn’t refundable once used, since it represents completed activity. 🔁 How Gold and Silver Work Together - You top up Lempod Gold → convert it to Lempod Silver → spend Lempod Silver on actions. - The conversion rate is fixed (see Lempod Gold to Lempod Silver conversion rate). - This setup gives you flexibility and transparency, helping you manage your usage and top-ups easily. Tip: Keep your Lempod Gold topped up so you can quickly convert to Lempod Silver and keep your actions running smoothly!

📈 Best practices for boosting a LinkedIn post with Lempod

📝 Summary Support agents should advise users to create the Lempod boost immediately after publishing a LinkedIn post. This maximizes engagement visibility and aligns with how the LinkedIn algorithm promotes new content. Additionally, manually viewing the post in a web browser a few times can help activate LinkedIn's view counter, improving early traction. ✅ Recommended Support Advice 1. Boost Immediately After Posting - Users should initiate the Lempod boost as soon as they publish their LinkedIn post. - Early engagement signals are critical for the LinkedIn algorithm, especially in the first 60 minutes. - Lempod’s initial boost (likes/comments/views) helps the post: - Gain visibility in followers’ feeds. - Reach the “top” of pod members’ timelines. - Trigger further organic reach from the LinkedIn algorithm. 🗣 What to say to the user: “We recommend creating your Lempod boost right after publishing your LinkedIn post. Early engagement within the first hour helps LinkedIn show your post to more people and improves your reach.” 2. (Optional) Load the Post in Browser to Activate Views - Manually opening the LinkedIn post URL a few times may help trigger LinkedIn's view counter. - This is particularly useful if the user wants to simulate more early activity on the post. - No need to refresh excessively. 2–3 views is sufficient. 🗣 What to say to the user: After you post and boost, opening the LinkedIn post in your browser a few times can help activate the view counter. This gives the post some early traction and can work well alongside Lempod boosting. ❓ Common Questions Q: Should I wait for natural engagement before boosting? A: No. In fact, waiting reduces the effectiveness of the boost. LinkedIn favors posts with strong early engagement. Lempod’s automated likes/comments help create that early momentum. Q: Can I still boost a post hours later? A: Yes, but it won’t be as effective. Engagement during the first 60 minutes matters most. 🔒 Internal Notes for Support Staff - Do not speculate on LinkedIn’s exact algorithm mechanics. - Refer advanced questions to Tier 2 or Tier 3 if unsure.
