Why Are My Comments Delayed or Missing?

You may notice that comments from your pod boosts are taking longer than expected to appear on your LinkedIn post, or that they don't seem to match the interval time you selected. Don't worry - your comments are not lost. What's happening? LinkedIn is currently experiencing server-side delays that are affecting how quickly comments are displayed on posts. This means: - Comments may take longer than usual to appear - The interval time you selected (e.g., 20 seconds or 1 minute) may not be reflected exactly - Some comments may appear to be missing at first but will show up later This is a LinkedIn infrastructure issue and is not related to your Lempod account or settings. What should I do? - Wait for the boost to complete. Comments are still being processed and delivered - they're just delayed on LinkedIn's end. - Check the total count. Once your boost has finished, check the total number of comments on your post. You should see them all come through. - No need to change your settings. Your interval time and pod setup are working correctly. The delay is happening on LinkedIn's side. Is this affecting everyone? Yes. This is not specific to your account. LinkedIn's servers are under heavier load than usual, which is causing delays across the platform for comment and like delivery. Still need help? If your boost has fully completed and you're still seeing missing comments, please reach out to our support team.Ā  We're happy to look into it for you!

🚧 Troubleshooting: "Invalid response code: 400 [[linkedin.js] linkedin.post]" Error

If you encounter the following error while using Lempod: Invalid response code: 400 [[linkedin.js] linkedin.post] this typically means that your LinkedIn session has expired or become invalid. āœ… Solution To resolve this issue, please follow these steps: 1. Log out of LinkedIn - OpenĀ linkedin.comĀ in your browser. - Click your profile icon and chooseĀ Sign out. 2. Log back into LinkedIn - Once logged out, return toĀ linkedin.comĀ and sign in with your LinkedIn account credentials. 3. Open Lempod via the Extension - Click the Lempod icon in your browser extensions. - Make sure you're logged into the correct LinkedIn account. - Lempod should now work normally. ā„¹ļø Why This Happens Lempod relies on your active LinkedIn session to post and interact on your behalf. I received a warning about my LinkedIn account activity. Why?

We rarely get these complaints, but when we do, our investigation reveals that another tool was used. Please don't mix LinkedIn automation tools to boost your engagement on LinkedIn. To disconnect your other tools, go to Active sessions (https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/user-sessions) and clicking on End these sessions, and then log out of LinkedIn on your web browser. This will ensure that any other services that are using your login will no longer be able to use it.Ā  Then, log into LinkedIn again and reload the Lempod extension.

Unable to re-engage a post in a different pod

You cannot duplicate engagements. When you engage the post, you need to select all the pods you wish to engage. This ensures that people who are in both pods will not make more than one comment in case the same person is a member of more than one of those pods that you belong to.

Can I decide what comments other users will leave on my post?

Yes, click on View Comments and change your comments.
