What is a Subscription Grace Period?

A subscription grace period is a short window of time that allows you to complete an overdue payment without immediate service interruption. Our grace period lasts 4 days from your subscription renewal date.

Why Grace Periods Matter

The grace period gives you flexibility if you encounter temporary payment delays. During this time, your subscription remains active while you arrange payment, preventing service disruptions.

What Happens When the Grace Period Expires

Once the 4-day grace period has ended, your subscription will be considered lapsed. At this point, you'll have two options:

  1. Cancel Your Subscription - End your current subscription plan
  2. Select "End Now" - Immediately terminate the subscription

Resubscribing After Expiration

After canceling or selecting "End Now," you can resubscribe at any time by:

  • Choosing your previous plan to maintain continuity
  • Selecting a new plan that better suits your current needs

How to Avoid Service Interruptions

Best practices to keep your subscription active:

βœ“ Set payment reminders 3-5 days before your renewal date
βœ“ Ensure your payment method is current and valid
βœ“ Enable automatic payments if available
βœ“ Update billing information promptly if your card changes
βœ“ Monitor your email for renewal notifications
