✨ Boosting Logic Improved to Prevent Multiple Simultaneous Posts

Last updated on Jun 11, 2026

Overview

To ensure fair usage and consistent engagement results, Lempod now prevents users from launching multiple boosts at the same time — even if they try using multiple tabs or windows.

🧠 What Changed?

Previously, Lempod would check for recent boosts at the beginning of the Start Boost process. But that check could be bypassed by crafty users who quickly launched more boosts while the first one was still ramping up.

Now, Lempod performs the check right before the boost actually starts — after all pod and balance validations are complete.

✅ What This Means for Users

  • Users cannot start a new boost if they have already boosted a post within the ⏱️ Boost Frequency Limit.

  • This rule applies even if they try to start multiple boosts quickly in separate tabs.

  • Support may see users confused why their second boost "didn't go through" — this is expected and working as designed, if they have boosted recently.

📌 Support Tips

If a user reports that their boost didn't start, ask them to check whether they’ve already boosted a post recently (see ⏱️ Boost Frequency Limit). Only one post can be boosted within that timeframe.

🔍 Technical Summary

  • The previous boost validation has been moved from the beginning to the end of the Start Boost on-ramp process.

  • The cooldown rule is enforced right before the engagement actually starts, preventing timing exploits.

📅 Release Info

  • Version: v9.6.20 (June 2025)
